  • The high pressure type working fluid delivery motor features automatic pressure release when job is finished.

  • The spindle feed is driven by the servomotor for fast motion and high accurancy positioning.

  • The machine provides great drilling capacity from 0.2mm to 3.0mm (0.007 to 0.118) in diameter. The ratio of machining depth to hole reaches 200:1.

  • The machine is suited for curved, spherical, and irregular parts.

  • Time preset for simple and easy operation during multu-hole drilling.

  • Distilled water can be used as the dielectric fluid, saving cost and conventional dielectric fluid disposal issues.

  • The machine can use brass or copper electrode with minimum electrode wear ratio.

  • The machine is suited for drilling wire cut starting holes or other holes on the mold.
