1. Incoming Inspection

All key components are strictly inspected upon arrival to ensure material quality and specifications meet required standards, forming a solid foundation for machine reliability.

2. Mechanical Assembly

Precision assembly using high-quality components ensures machine rigidity, stability, and long-term operational reliability.

3. Electrical Assembly

Our engineers perform precise wiring and system integration to ensure stable signals and accurate control system performance.

4. Machine Testing

Each machine undergoes full operation and actual machining tests to verify accuracy, stability, and machining performance.

5. Final Inspection

Before shipment, every machine is subject to final quality checks and functional verification to ensure it meets our delivery standards and customer requirements.

1999	JSEDM is the first in Taiwan to adopt AC generator electroless cutting and obtains "CE" certificate for wire cut machine.
1997	JSEDM receives ISO-9002 certificate.
1996	JSEDM obtains "CE" certificate for CNC EDM series machines.
1994	JSEDM CNC machines are successfully promoted in the market.
1991	JSEDM enters new era of high technology and develops CNC wire cut machine.
1989	JSEDM Orbit Loran Function Development wins Taiwan Quality Award.
1988	Improved company internal organization structure by dividing into five departments: Production, Quality Control, Research and Development, Marketing and Sales and Administration.
1987	New factory build and located in the Taichung Industrial Park.
1985	JSEDM developed Orbit Loran Function for EDM and obtain CNS Patent No.36630.
1984	JSEDM accomplish overseas market promotion for EDM.
1983	JSEDM, the first company to use DC Servo Drives in EDM in Taiwan.

机台特色及管控

健陞对于机台的生产环境及成品品质有严格的要求，工厂内部均配有冷气机以确保环境温度的稳定。为确保每位客户的机台都是最高品质，每项产品都必须经过多段的检测，最终会由董事长亲自确认完毕才可以出货。
 
简单的机器外观设计不只能简化厂内组装工序，降低制程上的出错率，精简的结构也可同时提升稳定性，以达成高精度的切割。简单的功能配置致力于让使用者的操作更加方便、直觉。

研发团队

健陞的研发团队专注于开发使用者易于操作的设备，且同时维持设备该有的高精度及高稳定性。环境与材料的变化对于每一轴造成的影响皆经过多种测试及验证，使机台可以非常精确的辅助使用者对于产品精度的要求。
 
研发团队针对环境上的负担也有进行相应的检讨。从制造流程的简化到废料的回收处理及过滤，来进而减低对地球造成的伤害。
